Cancellation Policies

Tamarindo Active allows Companies to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both clients and companies alike. The Cancelation Policy should be chosen by each Company and Clients can see them on the Tour / Activity page under Tour / Activity Details. In case of Company do not specify it is assumed and agreed the “Moderate” policy. These policies is only taken into account when bookings are canceled by the clients. If booking is canceled by the company full refund is eligible by clients in any moment, unless agreed to change Tour / Activity to another day.

Flexible: No Cancelation Fee up to 1 day prior to Tour / Activity

 

  • Tamarindo Active will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
  • The Deposit is non-refundable.
  • The Client must contact the Company to inform the cancelation, the contact can be done through the Inbox page.
  • A Booking is officially canceled when the company clicks the “Cancel Booking” button on the Booking Request page.
  • Cancellation Fee is charged in case of No-Show.
No Cancellation Fee - Up to 1 Day Prior to Tour / Activity
Cancellation Fee - Within 1 Day or No Show to Tour / Activity

Moderate: No Cancellation Fee up to 7 days prior to Tour / Activity
